0:19 Test catalogue
Test Catalogue. Har test ka naam, category jaise Kidney, Diabetes ya Thyroid, sample ka type, price, T A T yaani report kitne ghante mein, aur reference range, jaise Fasting Blood Sugar ke liye sattar se sau milligram per decilitre. Kyun? Kyunki reference range pehle se likhi ho to result likhte hi app bata deta hai ki normal hai ya nahi.

Packages ya Profiles tab mein kai tests ka ek package, jaise Diabetes Profile ya Full Body Checkup, ek discounted price par. Kyun? Kyunki patient ko ek ek test chunne ki jagah ek package aasan lagta hai, aur lab ki bikri bhi badhti hai.
1:01 New order: patient and home collection
Naya order. Patient ka naam, mobile aur umar. Collection chuno: Walk-in, yaani patient lab aaya, ya Home collection, jisme address aur preferred time slot likhte hain. Hum Home collection chunte hain aur address likhte hain.
1:19 Choose tests and create the order
Ab tests. Packages aur individual tests ke checkbox hain. Diabetes Profile aur Fever Panel chunte hain. Neeche total apne aap. Create order dabate hain. Kyun? Kyunki test chunne mein galti se koi test chhoot jaye to patient dobara aata hai, aur checkbox se ye galti kam hoti hai.
1:41 Order statuses
Order ban gaya. Ye order ka page hai: patient, home collection ka address, aur status Booked. Status ek ke baad ek badalta hai: Sample collected, Received at lab, Processing, Report ready aur Delivered. Mark as button se agla stage. Kyun? Kyunki patient phone karke poochta hai mera report kahan tak pahuncha, aur status se turant jawab milta hai.
2:06 Orders list and pending orders
Orders list mein upar tab hain: All, Booked, Sample collected, Received at lab, Processing, Report ready, Delivered aur Cancelled. Har order ke saamne uska type, Home ya Walk-in, aur samay. Kyun? Kyunki lab ke staff ko roz dekhna hota hai ki kaunsa order kis stage par atka hua hai.

Ab result likhna. Processing wale order Neha Singh ko kholte hain. Har test ke saamne Result ka box aur uski reference range. Fasting Blood Sugar mein ek sau chaudah likhte hain, aur Save. App ne turant bata diya ki ye range se upar hai. Kyun? Kyunki result ko galat padhna sabse khatarnak galti hai, aur ye alert us se bachata hai.
2:50 Printable report
Baaki tests ke result bhi isi tarah bharte hain. Sab bhar jaane par status Report ready karte hain. View or print report dabate hi patient ki printable report khulti hai: lab ka naam, patient ki details, har test ka result aur range, aur jo range se bahar hai wo alag dikhta hai. Ye report PDF ya WhatsApp par bhi ja sakti hai. Kyun? Kyunki patient ko kaagaz bhi chahiye aur phone par bhi.
3:15 Bill the order
Aur bill. Order ke page par Generate invoice dabate hi tests ke amount ka GST invoice ban jata hai. Isse lab ka hisaab bhi saaf rehta hai aur patient ko bill milta hai.
3:29 Dashboard: pending orders and home collections
Dashboard par Pending orders dikhte hain, aur aaj ki home collections, kis patient ke ghar kis samay jana hai, jaise Meera More ka saat se nau baje ka slot. Kyun? Kyunki home collection wale staff ko din ka route yahin se milta hai. Aaj humne Lab ka flow dekha: test catalogue reference range ke saath, packages, order home collection ke saath, status ke stage, result aur normal ya abnormal alert, printable report, aur invoice. Ek practical baat: sample collected ka status turant mark karo. Isse patient ko hamesha sahi update milta hai aur staff ki zimmedari saaf rehti hai.
